What a great promotion for a great cause...congrats everyone!


NO SHAVE NOVEMBER has come to a close, and throughout the course of this year’s competition, $126,638 was raised for ST. JUDE CHILDREN’s RESEARCH HOSPITAL. This is nearly four times the amount raised in the inaugural competition last year.

The competition was broken into team and individual categories. Up until the final day, TEAM CASEY JAMES had led the team category consistently. Ultimately, TEAM THOMPSON SQUARE pulled ahead, raising $22,611. TEAM CASEY JAMES finished in second place at $13,528 and THE WARNER WHISKERS placed third with $9,680.

The big winner in the Individual category was THE VALORY CO. VP/ Promotion GEORGE BRINER, raising $18,265. In second place, THOMPSON SQUARE’s KEIFER THOMPSON raised $17,012. Rounding out third place was MERCURY RECORDS NASHVILLE VP/Promotion DAMON MOBERLY who had led the category up until the final week of competition. He raised $5,435 and won the 2012 NO SHAVE NOVEMBER “Beard Of The Year” award.

Hair to the Chief (Company president with the best beard): MIKE DUNGAN
No Shame November (Most social media pimping for donations): KEITHAN MELTON
Groomsman (Most well groomed beard): RJ CURTIS
Brillo Reilly (Beard most useful for scouring pots): PAUL WILLIAMS
